Digital Scanning & Measurement
Using advanced 3D scanning technology, we capture a precise digital model of the relevant anatomy. This non-invasive process is quick, comfortable, and far more accurate than traditional plaster casting methods.
The digital model serves as the foundation for your custom device. Our technicians can immediately begin design work, reducing overall turnaround time significantly.
Design & Fabrication
Our team uses specialized CAD software to design your prosthetic or orthotic device based on the digital scan. The design is optimized for biomechanical performance, comfort, and aesthetics.
Fabrication takes place in our facility using CNC carving, 3D printing, or traditional lamination techniques — depending on the device type. Every component is quality-checked before proceeding to fitting.
Fitting & Adjustment
During the fitting session, your device is carefully applied and adjusted for optimal alignment, comfort, and function. We make real-time modifications to ensure the best possible fit.
You’ll walk, move, and test the device under the supervision of our clinician. Adjustments are made until you’re comfortable and confident with the device’s performance.
Rehabilitation & Follow-Up
